Introducing the Hennessey Venom GT

A Top Gear world exclusive has just unveiled the Hennessey Venom GT, apparently a car to rival the legendary Bugatti Veyron. The car is based on the Lotus Elise, but looks so much better:

With a lightweight British chassis and an American V8 engine, it's set to take the supercar world by storm. The carbon fibre bodywork keeps it light, while the 6.2 litre LS9 V8, tweaked by Hennessey to 725bhp, promises an incredible amount of strength and beauty in a handsome machine. They'll only be making ten cars per year, and four have already been ordered, so if you want one, get your order in quickly!

It's certainly pretty, but can it rival the Bugatti? We'll have to wait and see.
