When you're driving through your hometown, you know where the speed cameras are, so you can slow down to avoid them. Everybody knows this, it's one of the reasons I particularly like Clarkson's idea of just getting rid of all of them. However, sometimes you'll stray further afield. Perhaps to a party. Perhaps to the beach. Perhaps just for a nice day out in the countryside. And, inevitably, you'll come across a beautiful road that's perfect for going that extra mile per hour or ten. The problem with that is, you have no idea when the speed cameras will be coming up.
Coyote are solving this problem. The little gadget that fits easily onto your dashboard shows you more than 26,000 speed cameras across the country - both fixed and mobile ones - warns you when you enter speed-restricted zones, calculates your average speed for you... essentially, it does everything you could ever want it to do.
Plus they've made a pretty fun promotional video for it:
